In the role of Emergency Room Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional care to patients facing critical conditions. You will collaborate closely with a committed team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the medical team
- Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute patient care plans
- Accurately document patient information using the Meditech 6.0 EMR system
- Participate in on-call shifts as needed, lasting 24 hours
- Flu vaccination is mandatory with no exceptions
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting is required
