CDL A OTR Truck Drivers

Location: Yard in Obetz, OH – future terminal in Obetz

Position Type: Company Driver - We supply the truck at no expense to you. All vehicles are owned and serviced by the organization.

• Typical Schedule: Generally out for 2 weeks
• Service Area: Covering 47 states
• California is excluded from service
• Avoid Northwest states during winter months
• Work Nature: Based on customer requirements, no dedicated routes
• Efforts are underway to establish more dedicated routes – a sister company focused on logistics will assist in creating these opportunities
• Freight Handling: Drop and hook, no-touch freight
• Equipment: 2020 or newer sleeper trucks
• All equipment is well-maintained
• Drivers can take equipment home if secure parking is available
• Detention Pay: $25 per hour after 2 hours at the facility
• Deadhead Rates: Competitive rates offered
• Low Mileage Rates: Additional compensation for fair pay
• Breakdown/Maintenance Compensation: $200 per day for any issues on the road
• Maximum of $1,000 per week
• Dispatch: Mandatory but adaptable
• Can accommodate home time and varied schedules

Current Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of CDL A experience
• Must be 25 years old or older
• Must be under 75 years of age (for insurance purposes)
• No more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years on MVR
• No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years
