We are looking for outgoing, motivated Home Improvement Canvassers to join our squad and be the face of our brand in San Antonio neighborhoods. No capes required-just a great attitude and a drive to succeed! What You'll Do (The Mission) As a Home Improvement Canvasser, you are the first point of contact for our future customers. You won't be closing hard sales; your primary goal is to spot homes that need our help and book free inspections. Map & Move: Walk designated San Antonio neighborhoods to engage face-to-face with local homeowners. Inspect & Educate: Identify homes with visible exterior needs (aging roofs, worn siding, outdated garage doors) and offer free inspection services. Generate Leads: Seamlessly input homeowner information into our system to schedule appointments for our project estimators. Represent the Brand: Be a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable "superhero" in the community. What We're Looking For Communication Champions: You love talking to people, have a high level of energy, and aren't afraid of rejection. Resilience: D2D marketing takes grit. You look at a "No" as just one step closer to a "Yes." Reliability: You are self-motivated, punctual, and can work independently in the field. Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and stand outdoors for extended periods (and handle that Texas heat!). Requirements: Must have a smartphone, reliable transportation to get to the territory, and a valid driver's license.
