- Provide first assist support on spine procedures in a high-acuity OR setting \n
- Collaborate closely with surgeons during advanced spinal surgeries \n
- Support pre-operative preparation and intraoperative decision-making \n

- Manage pre- and post-operative spine patients throughout hospitalization \n
- Conduct daily rounds and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans \n
- Respond to acute clinical needs and urgent spine-related cases \n
- Participate in call coverage for emergent inpatient issues \n

Who You Are\n

- Experienced NP or PA with a strong surgical and/or inpatient foundation \n
- Comfortable in high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environments \n
- Skilled in managing complex patient scenarios with confidence and autonomy \n
- Team-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care \n
- Committed to continuous learning and excellence in spine surgery \n
Minimum Qualifications
\n- \n
- Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program \n
- Current CA license (or ability to obtain) \n
- Board Certification \n
- Full schedule DEA \n
- BLS Certification \n
- Other Certification required for area of specialty \n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- Prior experience in spine surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, or surgical subspecialty care \n
- Experience in surgical settings/first assist \n
- Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills \n
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-based, academic environment \n
