Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our busy dental clinic in Cibolo, TX. This role offers a consistent three day per week schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

• Patient Ages: All Ages
\n
• Patient Volume: Average of 10-15 patients per day
\n
• Types of Cases: General, Surgical Extractions, Some Endodontics, & Restorative
\n
• Procedures: Mix of General, Surgical Extractions, Some Endodontics, & Restorative
\n
• Support Staff: Treatment Coordinators, Hygienists, Assistants
\n
• EMR System: Denticon
\n

Schedule & Compensation

\n
• Work Hours: 3 days a week (Either Saturday or Sunday 9a-5p, and two weekdays 7a-7p, with options for more shifts)
\n
• Call Requirements: N/A
\n
• Salary Range: Guaranteed $1,000/day (weekday) or $800/day (weekend), OR 30% of net monthly production, whichevr is greater.
\n
• Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n
• Active Texas Dental License
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
\n
• Strong clinical skills in General, Surgical Extractions, Some Endodontics, & Restorative
\n
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
\n
