\n\n Qualifications for an Interim HealthCare® Physical Therapist:\n
\n - \n
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program with an active PT license in IL \n
- Minimum 1 years of physical therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare or outpatient \n
- Current CPR and BLS certifications \n
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations \n
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach \n
- Bilingual Spanish, Polish, Russian, Korean, etc. a plus but not required \n
\n Competitive Compensation: Earn between $75 (regular visit) and $200 per visit (SOC) (+door-to-door mileage)\n

- Baylor Program opportunities (Every other Saturday and Sunday) bonus pay and mileage \n
- Per Diem roles (minimum three (3) days per week may also be available in your area \n
- 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratios where you focus on delivering exceptional, personalized care \n

\n Your Role and Responsibilities as a Home Health Physical Therapist:\n
\n- \n
- Provide physical therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength or functionality in facilities such as nursing homes, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, clinics and hospitals \n
- Work with a team of physicians, nurses, CNAs, OTs and SLPs to provide excellent patient care \n
- Assist physician in evaluation of patient function and performance, as well as equipment needs \n
- Conduct assessments, document progress and determine if therapy services should be modified \n
- Assist patient with exercises and hands-on therapy to manage pain and increase mobility \n
- Educate patients and family on established goals, exercises and self-care to ensure progress \n
