Job Description
We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide locum coverage in Fremont at a mobile/school based clinic. This is a great opportunity providing care for a large network of clinics in the San Jose/Fremont area! \n

Start Date: As soon as possible with a 3 month commitment and option to extend \n
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm \n
Patient volume: 20-22 patients per day \n
Setting: 100% outpatient \n
EMR: Epic\n
\n
Qualifications: \n
\nFNP with current board certification \n
\nActive, unrestricted CA nursing license\n
\nActive, unrestricted DEA license \n
\n1 year minimum experience required\n
\nOnly candidates local to San Jose will be considered. No logistics offered\n
\n
Compensation: \n
\nCompetitive hourly rate based on experience \n
\nMedical malpractice insurance covered \n
