Qualifications:
-M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
\n -Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
\n -Active and unrestricted State Medical License (or ability to obtain)
\n -DEA registration (and state-specific prescribing registration if required)
