Job Description
One Community Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team in Midtown Sacramento. This is an opportunity to practice patient-centered psychiatry in a collaborative, mission-driven environment serving a diverse community.

Practice Details
\nAs a Psychiatrist at One Community Health, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans \n
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications \n
- Provide ongoing medication management and continuity of care \n
- Treat patients with co-occurring psychiatric, medical, and substance use disorders \n
- Collaborate closely with primary care providers, psychologists, social workers, and behavioral health professionals \n
- Utilize telepsychiatry for virtual patient visits \n
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based care delivery \n

Qualifications
\nRequired
\n- \n
- MD or DO \n
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry \n
- Active California Medical License \n
- DEA Registration \n
- Current BLS/CPR Certification \n
Preferred

- FQHC or Community Health Center experience \n
- Experience in integrated behavioral health settings \n
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and restorative practices \n
