  • DAX Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM) Physician for a locum tenens opportunity with the Indian Health Service in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent chance to provide care to an underserved patient population in need while enjoying a flexible schedule and competitive compensation.

  • 4 Ten hour shifts per week, no weekends required (No call required)
    • \n
  • 15-20 patients per day (Adults Only)
    • \n
  • Travel and lodging arrangements provided
    • \n
  • Outpatient only
    • \n

Support:
\n Physicians, mid-level providers, RNs, and specialty support available

\n

Requirements:
\n Board Certified FP or IM
\n Any active U.S. state license accepted
\n BLS (American Heart Association)
\n DEA required (fee paid, Schedules 25)
