Medical Director Needed for PACE Clinic in North Little Rock, Arkansas
\nBaptist Health PACE is a non-profit organization sponsored by Baptist Health. This program of all-inclusive care is designed to allow participants of the program to remain in their own homes and communities while providing their caregivers with much needed relief and emotional support.

- Medications \n
The Ideal Candidate will be a BE/BC Family, Internal Medicine, Geriatric or Palliative trained physician. The position is employed by Arkansas Health Group, a subsidiary of Baptist Health.
\nMedical Director Duties Include:
\n- \n
- Responsible for the delivery of participant care, clinical outcomes and the implementation/oversight of the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement program \n
- Provides primary medical care to the participants of the program \n
- Ensures medical services are provided in compliance with PACE Federal Regulations \n
- Ensures that Primary Care and Medical Department operates cost effectively \n
- Interfaces with contracted medical providers when quality concerns arise \n
- Serves as liaison with physician groups, specialists and hospitals to represent Complete Health with PACE \n
The physician would be housed at the primary PACE Clinic in North Little Rock and would occasionally need to go and do assessments of the patients in their homes or in the nursing home setting when necessary. There is also potential for coverage at our Hot Springs PACE clinic. The current Medical Director will oversee both locations. There will be Advanced Practitioner oversight.
\nHours are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with minimal rotating call expectations.
