Details & Compensation Location: Akron, OH (100% onsite) Pay Rate: $19/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Full-Time) Role Summary As a Medicare Member Services Representative, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for members—supporting inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, authorizations, and enrollment. The ideal candidate brings prior call center/customer service experience and can communicate clearly while working in a fast-paced environment with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy. Assignment type: Contract with potential to convert to permanent based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
