Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Rural OB/GYN Physician, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group - North State, a premier 60+ provider multi-specialty group in Northern California. You will play a pivotal role in developing a full-scope OB/GYN practice within the welcoming rural community of Red Bluff, CA, benefiting from excellent mentorship and managing 40-50 deliveries per month.
\n\nYou will provide expert clinical care within a tenured and well-respected multi-specialty group, practicing alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians, an FMOB, and a Certified Nurse Midwife. Your practice will be centered around one-hospital coverage at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital, ensuring a streamlined and collaborative work environment. This opportunity offers easy access to abundant outdoor recreation including Mt. Lassen, Lake Shasta, Trinity Lake, Ski Park, the Wine Country, Lake Tahoe, Reno, Sacramento, and San Francisco.
\n\nTo be successful in this role, you will be a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN physician with a passion for delivering high-quality women's health services in a rural setting, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to integrating into a supportive and community-focused practice.

- Develop and manage a full-scope OB/GYN practice in Red Bluff, CA. \n
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including managing approximately 40-50 low-risk deliveries per month. \n
- Collaborate with existing OB/GYN physicians, FMOB, and a Certified Nurse Midwife. \n
- Provide coverage at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital. \n
We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

- Base Salary: $375,000 - $425,000 / year, plus call pay and opportunity for productivity incentive. \n
- Signing Incentive of either: up to $125,000 Sign-On Bonus OR up to $85,000 Sign-On Bonus AND up to $100,000 Student Loan Repayment. \n
- Relocation Incentive up to $20,000. \n
- Group-paid benefits option (including group contribution to HSA account) or buy-up plans available. \n
- 8 weeks time off per year. \n
- Company 401k matching program - 50% match of up to 6%. \n
- Additional retirement contribution of up to 3-8% of salary (based on age range). \n

Required:

- Active or eligible for a medical license in the state of California \n
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) \n
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate OBGYN training program \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills \n
- Commitment to compassionate, team-based care and service to a diverse patient population \n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills \n
