Locum CRNA Opportunity | New Surgery Center in Greenville, SC | No Call | Flexible Scheduling
\nA newly opened, high-tech ambulatory surgery center in Greenville, SC is seeking experienced locum CRNAs to support its expanding anesthesia team. This role is primarily based at the surgery center, with the possibility of floating to two nearby hospital-affiliated locations. The assignment offers an excellent mix of outpatient surgical volume, efficient staffing, and a no-call model in a highly livable market.
\nAssignment Overview:
\nStart Date: July 2025
\nDuration: Ongoing
\nLocation: Greenville, SC (multiple sites within city limits)
\nPrimary Site: Newly built surgery center focused on outpatient orthopedic, ENT, and pain procedures
\nFloating: May be asked to float to two nearby affiliated hospital campuses (advance notice provided)
\nShifts: Most CRNAs work 8- or 10-hour shifts; 12s, 16s, and 24s also available
\nEvening (3p11p) and weekend shifts optional
\nCall: Not required
\nVolume: ~3646 total cases/day system-wide (1520 per site)
\nCase & Practice Details:
\nCases: General surgery, pain management, GI endoscopy, ENT (healthy peds), ortho
\nNo OB, cardiac, regionals, or central line placement
\nCRNAs manage ventilation and arterial lines
\nSupervised ACT model (4:1 ratio); physicians perform blocks
\nEMR: Epic
\nORs: 26 across all sites
\nCandidate Requirements:
\nBoard Certified (AANA)
\nActive South Carolina license
\nBLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
\nPrior experience in general surgical and outpatient anesthesia
\nLocal or regional providers preferred
\nTravel & Compensation:
\nRate in the $200-$250/hour range depending on commitment/arrangement
\nMileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
\nHotel accommodations provided if needed
\nFull contractor support and malpractice insurance available
