Job Overview\n

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel contract in Janesville, WI. The selected RN may be required to float to other appropriate nursing units based on patient care needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
\n
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
\n
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC.
\n
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans.
\n
• Promote patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
\n
• Provide clinical support across assigned units when required.

QualificationsRequired\n

• Active Wisconsin RN License
\n
• BLS (AHA)
\n
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

• Current Influenza Vaccination
\n
• Education Verification
\n
• Previous Medical-Surgical nursing experience

• Experience with EPIC preferred
\n
• Ability to float as needed
\n
