About the POSITION:

Adult NP needed for the outpatient clinic in Queens, NY (South Jamaica)
\n
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
\n
Office Closed from 12 noon to 1 pm daily
\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n
An Internal Medicine position
\n
\n - Evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for patients with acute illness.
\n - Preventive care, consisting of periodic physical examination, immunizations, health education and preventive screening.
\n - Treatment, counseling, and referral for rehabilitation for maintenance of patients with chronic conditions.
\n - Coordination of specialty services for consultation and treatments.
\n
