\n In this role, you'll join an established aerospace component manufacturer in Kirkland that has been building and servicing flight-critical aircraft parts for nearly 50 years. As part of an FAA and EASA-certified repair station with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality accreditations, you'll play a direct role in supporting commercial aircraft flying safely around the world. You will join a small, close-knit production team where quality is the standard and your craftsmanship matters.\n

\n Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time\n

\n As a Wire Harness Technician, you will:\n
\n
    \n
  • Assemble wire harnesses using cable ties, sleeves, and conduits based on schematics
    • \n
  • Perform soldering, wire stripping, crimping, and connector assembly
    • \n
  • Inspect and test completed harnesses for quality and functionality
    • \n
  • Label and organize wires to ensure accuracy
    • \n
  • Operate wire assembly tools and equipment
    • \n
\n
\n Schedule:\n
\n
    \n
  • Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, overtime as needed
    • \n
\n
\n Pay: $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n As a Wire Harness Technician, you need:\n
\n
    \n
  • 1+ year of wire harness, cable assembly, or electronics experience
    • \n
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and instructions
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
    • \n
  • Basic understanding of electrical concepts and safety
    • \n
\n
