\n We are looking for a Lead General Dentist to step into a well-established practice with a 100 percent PPO and fee-for-service patient base, with no Medicaid or HMO. This role offers full clinical autonomy, a predictable Monday through Thursday schedule, and a clear long-term opportunity for ownership for those interested.

Compensation

• Daily Guarantee: 28-32%

• Earning Potential: $300k+

• CE Allowance: 30 hours annually

Responsibilities and Duties
