· Need: Endodontist (Cannot consider a General Dentist)

· Procedures: Full spectrum Endodontics

\n

· Scheduling: Prefer full-time (4 days each week), May consider 3 days for the right candidate

· Compensation:

\n

o Straight %: 40-45% of production

\n

o Daily guarantee: first 3-4 months: $1,200-1,500

· Established and most profitable location

\n

· Multiple partner doctors - great network

Buffalo, NY:

\n

· Two locations but working only at the Williamsville location unless helping at Seneca

\n

· Mentorship from Dr McCann

\n

· Strong referral base - no need to market from scratch

· Very busy practice

\n

· FFS/Cash

· 2 partner doctors in this location

Tulsa, OK:

\n

· One location - fully renovated

\n

· Two partner doctors - heavy mentorship

· One of the partner doctors wants to relocate to another Specialty 1 practice on the West Coast to be near family

Liberty, MO:

· Three location - will need to rotate between offices (close in proximity)
