A well-established community hospital is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join its growing respiratory care team. What You’ll Do\n

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering life-saving respiratory care and supporting patients through both routine treatment and critical situations.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Assess patient respiratory status through physical examination, breath sound interpretation, and airway evaluation
  • \n
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and airway clearance treatments
  • \n
  • Initiate, monitor, and adjust invasive and noninvasive ventilation
  • \n
  • Assist with artificial airway placement and respond to respiratory emergencies
  • \n
  • Provide respiratory care across emergency, critical care, and acute care settings
  • \n
  • Support newborn stabilization during deliveries when needed
  • \n
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and equipment
  • \n
  • Maintain respiratory equipment, ensure proper cleaning, and follow infection control standards
  • \n
  • Safely transport ventilated patients when necessary
  • \n
Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Respiratory Care Practitioner license (or eligible)
  • \n
  • BLS / CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
  • \n
  • Associate degree, certificate, or vocational training in Respiratory Therapy
  • \n
