OBGYN opportunity- 2-yr Base Guar., $250k bonus & flexible schedule - Mason City, Iowa

Our organization is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to become part of a well-established practice situated in Mason City, Iowa.

• Thriving practice with immediate patient volume
• Flexible scheduling options available for both full-time and part-time positions, promoting an excellent work-life balance!
• Collaborate with a team of two OBGYNs, two OB Hospitalists, and four Advanced Practice Providers
• Annual birth count: XXX
• Approximately six (6) days of on-call duty per month (maximum)
• Recently renovated clinic located on the main campus, conveniently close to Labor & Delivery, Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology, with access to Perinatology consultations.
• Utilize the Da Vinci XI with designated OR block time
• Level II NICU available 24/7, staffed by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses, with an on-site blood bank.
• Teaching opportunities available for Family Medicine Residents (in L&D 24/7) and Medical Students
• Ultrasound services located within the clinic; lab, pharmacy, and imaging services are also available on-site
• Access to in-house specialists for consultation and collaboration in patient care, including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, and more.
