Job Description
The Grievance Hearing Officer and Compliance Manager serves as the district's primary Level I Grievance Hearing Officer and supports the management of the district's grievance process. This includes receiving, reviewing, investigating, and responding to employee grievance complaints in accordance with district policies. This position will be dedicated to ensuring Level I Grievances are handled in a timely, fair and consistent manner. In addition, the Grievance Hearing Officer and Compliance Manager assists in supporting SBEC reporting requirements and other Human Resources compliance related processes as assigned.
