JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Earth Station Maintenance Engineer Location: Andover, ME Duration: 24 Months Shift Structure & Training The facility operates **24/7**, requiring a rotating schedule to maintain coverage. **Schedule:** 4x10 shift (4 days on, 3 days off). Shift Times: **Day:** 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. **Swing:** 1:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. **Midshift:** 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. **Onboarding:** New hires will spend the first 2 months on day shift for training before being moved to swing or midshifts to fill current staffing gaps.
