We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter to join a structural steel fabrication team in Parma, OH. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who can both fit and weld from prints and takes pride in precision craftsmanship.

Job Responsibilities

• Weld and fit structural steel components to print specifications
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints fluently
\n
• Perform fabrication and fitting work with minimal supervision
\n
• Work with HSS tube, I-beams, and structural steel assemblies
\n
• Ensure weld quality and dimensional accuracy meet project requirements
\n

Qualifications

• Strong background in structural steel welding and fitting
\n
• Highly experienced in welding, fabrication, and layout
\n
• Proven experience working with HSS tubing and I-beams
\n
• Ability to read prints independently and execute work accurately
\n
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
\n

Compensation

• $27$32/hour, depending on experience and weld test
