Performance Personnel Services is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on a large-scale Data Center / Mission Critical construction project in Marietta, GA.
\nThe ideal candidate will have extensive commercial electrical experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record managing crews on large commercial, industrial, or data center projects. This position requires hands-on leadership while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.
\nBilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred.
\nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on mission critical/data center construction projects \n
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily work activities to ensure project schedules are met \n
- Build and install ladder cable tray systems \n
- Supervise pulling and installation of large feeder cable, including MC 660 cable \n
- Oversee installation of 3"–4" conduit systems \n
- Oversee installation of 6" underground conduit and duct bank systems \n
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements \n
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and specifications \n
- Ensure all installations meet NEC standards, project specifications, and quality requirements \n
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies \n
- Coordinate with project management, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades \n
- Monitor productivity and maintain project progress reporting \n
- Assist with troubleshooting, equipment installation, and field problem resolution \n
- Mentor and develop electricians and apprentices on site \n
Required Qualifications
\n- \n
- Minimum 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience \n
- Minimum 3+ years of Foreman or Lead Electrician experience \n
- Experience managing crews on large commercial, industrial, or mission critical projects \n
- Strong experience with: \n
- \n
- Ladder cable tray installation \n
- MC 660 cable pulling and installation \n
- 3"–4" conduit installation and bending \n
- 6" underground conduit and duct bank installation \n
\n - Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications \n
- Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices \n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills \n
- Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneously \n
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license \n
Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual English/Spanish \n
- Data Center or Mission Critical construction experience \n
- OSHA 30 Certification \n
- NFPA 70E Certification \n
- Journeyman Electrician License \n
- Experience with switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and critical power infrastructure \n
- Experience with project scheduling, manpower planning, and production tracking \n
Physical Requirements

- Ability to work at heights, on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding \n
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in active construction environments \n
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and shift schedules as required \n
