\nWe're looking for an experienced Traveling Carpenter Foreman / Hit List Specialist to lead a small 3 man crew completing punch work and commercial construction projects across the United States.
\nThis isn't a production framing position. We're looking for a true jack-of-all-trades—someone who can walk onto a commercial jobsite, identify what needs to be completed, and get it done right. If you have experience with carpentry, concrete, punch work, repairs, and general commercial construction, we want to talk with you.
\nThe right Foreman will be provided with a company Ford F-350 to travel from project to project nationwide, leading a crew and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.
\nTraveling Carpenter Foreman / Hit List Specialist
\nPay: $40.00-$45.00/hour
\nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Lead a small traveling crew \n
- Complete commercial punch lists \n
- Finish carpentry and miscellaneous carpentry repairs \n
- Perform light to moderate concrete work and repairs \n
- Handle doors, hardware, framing touch-ups, trim, and general finish work \n
- Troubleshoot and complete "hit list" items before project turnover \n
- Maintain quality control and communicate with project management \n
- Travel nationwide to commercial job sites \n
Traveling Commercial Construction Crew
\nPay: $25.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience)
\nCrew members should be willing to perform a variety of tasks, including:

Requirements

- Commercial construction experience required \n
- Carpentry and concrete experience preferred \n
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States \n
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail \n
- Valid driver's license required \n
- Leadership experience required for the Foreman position \n
