  \n • Procedures: Wide variety of patients, huge opportunity for a lot of surgery and other treatments (implant placement, bone grafting, endo, bread and butter). Invisalign is a must• Technology:

Compensation

\n
• Daily Guarantee: 28-32%
  \n • Earning Potential: $300k+
\n
• Sign-On Bonus:
  \n • CE Allowance: 30 hours annually

Responsibilities and Duties

\n
• Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice.
\n
• Active DEA
\n
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care.
\n
• Invisalign Certification or willingness to be certified
\n
• Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments.
\n
• Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\n
• A keen business acumen and the desire to contribute to the practice’s growth and success.
\n
• Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
\n
