JOB TITLE: Director of Food and Nutritional Services\n

JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Food and Nutritional Services is a Management position responsible for overseeing all foodservice/clinical activities, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES:\n
    \n
  • Provide direction and guidance for all foodservice operations
    • \n
  • Develop strategies for delivering high-quality, compliant food choices
    • \n
  • Comply with regulatory standards and confidentiality regulations
    • \n
  • Manage budget, expenses, and payroll activities
    • \n
  • Lead team in providing clinical and therapeutic services
    • \n
  • Participate in patient satisfaction programs and quality improvement initiatives
    • \n
SKILLS:\n

  • Strong leadership and management
    • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • \n
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
    • \n
  • Experience in food service operations
    • \n
  • Ability to manage budgets and track expenses
    • \n
QUALIFICATIONS:\n
    \n
  • Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in foods, nutrition, or food service administration (Master’s preferred)
    • \n
  • Licensure/Certification: Completion of a dietetic internship approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; Current Missouri Licensure for Registered Dietitians
    • \n
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years of Leadership and Management experience
    • \n
