We're looking for compassionate, dependable, and friendly individuals to join our team as a Medical Escort / Non-Emergency Transportation Assistant. In this role, you'll do much more than drive—you'll provide peace of mind, support, and a helping hand to people who need reliable transportation to medical appointments.

Position: Medical Escort / Non-Emergency Transportation Assistant

Pay: $20.56 per hour

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.51 per mile (round trip)

Schedule: PRN / As Needed

Location: intown and out of town appointments

What You'll Do

As a Medical Escort, you'll help community members get to important healthcare appointments safely and comfortably by:

• Driving clients to and from medical appointments
\n
• Assisting riders in and out of your vehicle when needed
\n
• Escorting clients from the vehicle to the appointment location and back
\n
• Providing friendly, respectful, and professional customer service
\n
• Helping ensure clients arrive on time and stress-free
\n
• Maintaining accurate trip and mileage records
\n
• Following company policies and safety procedures
\n

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

• A reliable personal vehicle with current insurance

• The ability to pass a background check

• 1 Year experience in HCBS services or be able to complete a 16 hour training to obtain a PCA Certificate.
