\nShuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. seeks an attorney with at least three years of law firm or equivalent experience to support the firm’s tax practice area. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in all facets of federal and state income tax planning, with an emphasis on the tax aspects of the purchase and sale of businesses and tax controversy work. Experience with estate and gift taxation, qualified plans, and employee benefits would be beneficial but not required.\n
