Tryon Medical Partners is a physician-owned and physician-led multispecialty group seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physicians to join our growing outpatient practice in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered medicine in a collaborative, team-based environment with strong clinical and administrative support. Athena EMR is utilized across all locations for efficient and streamlined workflows.

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Full-Time: 35 patient-facing hours per week (4 or 4.5-day workweek)
\n
• Part-Time: Minimum of 18.75 patient-facing hours per week
\n
• Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients in an outpatient setting
\n
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
\n
• Average 1820 patients per day following a 2-year ramp-up period
\n
• Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary care teams
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Athena EMR
\n
• Optional participation in quality improvement, teaching, or research initiatives
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
\n
• Eligible for or currently holding a North Carolina medical license
\n
• Commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
