Northwest Permanente is seeking a Board-Certified Medical Physicist to serve as Chief of Physics for our expanding Radiation Oncology program.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all clinical physics operations while guiding strategic growth and innovation. You will work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and play a central role in shaping the future of cancer care within one of the nations leading integrated health systems.

- Provide leadership and oversight of all clinical physics operations, including QA/QC programs \n
- Supervise and mentor medical physics staff and support dosimetry functions \n
- Deliver clinical expertise in:\n

- SRS / SBRT \n
- VMAT, IMRT, IGRT \n
- HDR brachytherapy \n
\n - Lead equipment selection, commissioning, and maintenance \n
- Drive strategic planning and technology adoption locally and across the Kaiser Permanente system \n

- Highly experienced, collaborative clinical team \n

- ABR Board Certification (or equivalent) in Therapeutic Medical Physics \n
- Minimum 5 years of clinical Radiation Oncology experience \n

- Varian platforms (TrueBeam, ARIA/Eclipse) \n
- Brainlab systems \n
\n - Experience with SRS/SBRT commissioning and HDR preferred \n
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills \n
