Travel RN - Long Term Care (LTC)

Long Term Care facility located on the hospital campus seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week travel assignment. RN will provide direct patient care, assessments, medication administration, admissions/discharges, and coordination with MD/NP teams.

Shift Schedule\n

Rotating 8-hour shifts:

\n
• Days: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
\n
• Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
\n
• Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
\n

\n

Weekend, holiday, and occasional overtime coverage may be required. No guaranteed shift preference or guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Patient assessments and treatments
\n
• Medication administration
\n
• Admission and discharge procedures
\n
• ADL assistance
\n
• Gastrostomy tube care
\n
• Urinary catheter care
\n
• Nebulizer treatments
\n
• Wound vac care
\n
• CPAP care
\n
• Communication with MD/NP regarding patient condition
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active RN License
\n
• Hawaii RN License required by start date
  \n (Candidates without HI license may apply upon offer acceptance)
\n
• Minimum 2 years of LTC RN experience
\n
• Current BLS Certification
\n
• EPIC experience preferred
\n

Additional Information\n

\n
• Travelers must arrive by Thursday before start date for Friday employee health appointment
\n
• Holiday coverage required
\n

Estimated Pay Package\n
