Days/hours: Mon/Wed 7:30 to 5:30; Th, Fri 7:30 to 5pm

Shifts needed: Dec 6, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 27, 29, 31

Jan: 3, 5

DESCRIPTION

Employee Health Clinic/Manage chronic conditions, urgent/episodic care cases.

Clinic Hours - 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

40 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch each day

Monday through Friday

Must have at least one to two years of NP experience

Local candidates - housing not available

MO license and DEA required
