ABOUT THE ROLE \n
\nKanPak is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and shipping operations while maintaining the highest standards for safety, quality, inventory control, and team performance. This role plays a critical part in supporting production, meeting customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement across warehouse operations.\n
\n

WHAT YOU’LL DO \n
\nResponsibilities Related to the Job:\n
\nCoordinate GSF Quality activities and operations to meet objectives for quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction at KanPak.\n
\nParticipate in formulating and administering division’s short- and long-range goals and objectives for business growth.\n
\nLead and coordinate daily warehouse and shipping operations to ensure customer orders are received, scheduled, produced, and loaded accurately, on time, and at the lowest possible cost.\n
\nSchedule shifts and assign tasks based on workload and staffing needs.\n
\nMonitor employee attendance and punctuality; address issues promptly and fairly in accordance with company policies.\n
\nCommunicate effectively with Production and Quality teams regarding quality, inventory, or production issues.\n
\nCoordinate load out schedules with internal distribution teams and external carriers to support on time shipments and receiving.\n
\n
\nMaintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and all state and federal regulations.\n
\nEnsure full adherence to quality assurance standards, including good housekeeping and overall cleanliness of products and work areas.\n
\nMonitor cooler inventory daily to ensure proper rotation, coding accuracy, and full traceability.\n
\nEnsure all inventory transactions—including shipments, donations, losses, and damages—are recorded accurately and timely.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED \n
\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent (required)\n
\nAssociate’s degree (required)\n
\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environments\n
\nAbility to complete OSHA 10 certification within 30 days of employment\n
\n
\nSpecialized training or certification in Warehouse Supervision or Operations\n
\nExperience working in food manufacturing or aseptic processing environments\n
\n
\nStrong oral and written communication skills\n
\nProven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities\n
\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\n
\nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion\n
\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\n
\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate as part of a leadership team\n
\nWorking knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and safety standards\n
\nExperience fostering an employee focused culture centered on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement\n
\n

THE SCHEDULE & SETTING
Shift: Sun - Thurs 7pm - 3am\n
\nWork performed in a warehouse environment with material handling, forklift operation, and frequent physical activity\n
\nWork Environment: \n
\nFrequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs\n
\n
\n
PAY & BENEFITS \n
\nPay Range: $69,000/yr - $74,000/yr\n
\nOther Compensation: May include overtime and shift premiums depending on schedule\n
