- Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for medical-surgical patients in accordance with professional standards. \n
- Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans and monitor patient progress. \n
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient assessments, treatments, and responses. \n
- Education: Provide medical instruction to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge care. \n

\n\n Qualifications\n

- Licensure: Current, valid RN license in Arizona, a temporary/interim license, or a compact RN licensure. \n
- Certifications: BLS certification is required; ACLS may be required depending on the specific unit. \n
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) is preferred. \n
- Experience: 2–3 years of clinical experience is preferred, though entry-level candidates may be considered for certain roles. \n
