• Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM

• 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week

• Every 2 out of 3 weekends required

• Block scheduling available
\n
• Up to 3 shifts may be canceled without charge based on patient census
\n
• Holiday coverage required
\n
• On-call responsibilities may apply

Start Date\n

Typical start date is within approximately 2 weeks after offer acceptance and completion of onboarding/credentialing requirements.

Experience Requirements\n

\n
• Labor & Delivery experience required (Mandatory)
\n
• Minimum experience requirement: Less than 1 year accepted
\n
• Experience in Mother/Baby and Adult Med-Surg preferred
\n

License Requirements\n

• Active Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) License
\n

Job Summary\n

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for patients across Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, Mother/Baby, and Med-Surg settings. The RN collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses

• Provide patient and family education
\n

• Prioritize and coordinate patient care assignments

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Respond to emergencies and critical patient situations as needed
