Key Responsibilities

• Provide both inpatient and outpatient coverage with a guaranteed 8 hours per day.
• Work weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5 PM in the clinic, with on-call duties; night call from 5 PM to 8:30 AM.
• Be available for 24-hour call coverage on weekends.
• Manage an average of 5 patients per shift.
• Focus on adult neurosurgery; pediatric and neonatal care is not required.
• Perform spinal surgeries with and without instrumentation, including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar procedures.
• Conduct general neurosurgery, trauma care, and ICP monitor placements.
• Hold a FLURO certification; a temporary FLURO certification is acceptable.

Compensation Details

Hourly rates range from $320.00 to $400.00. These figures are estimates and can vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other relevant considerations.
