As a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical unit, you will be part of a team that prioritizes manageable patient loads and supportive leadership. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional care to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting required
