Our organization is on the lookout for Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematologist Oncologists to join us in establishing a new team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a vital member of our well-regarded statewide cancer service line as we expand our presence in the Des Moines area. Utilize your skills to foster the growth and success of the team, while ensuring exceptional patient care.

Opportunity Highlights
  • 36 hours of patient contact weekly
  • Patient volume: 12-15 per day
  • Primarily outpatient care
  • Admissions handled by Hospitalist service
  • Inpatient rounding by Advanced Practice Providers (APP)
  • Equitable second call for physicians
  • Teaching opportunities for residents and medical students
  • Involvement in clinical trials
  • Built-in mentorship available
  • Case mix includes Solid Organ Tumors, Breast, Gynecology, and Hematology
Opportunity Details
  • Two-year income guarantee of $800,000
  • Salary floor of $600,000 with production incentives starting in year three
  • $150,000 recruitment bonus

  • 403B retirement plan with matching contributions and a 457B savings option
  • Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000
