Job Description
We are currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to become part of the largest MFM group in Central Iowa. Our well-established and collaborative team offers a comprehensive range of consultative and co-managed care for both routine and high-risk pregnancies.
Job Opportunity Details- Collaborate with a team consisting of 2 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
- Engage in 36 patient contact hours per week, spread over 5 days.
- Participate in on-call duties at a frequency of 1 in 3.
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 30 individuals daily.
- Provide extensive MFM care, including advanced fetal imaging, prenatal diagnosis, genetic counseling, and diabetes management (Type 1, Type 2, and Gestational Diabetes).
- Work alongside ARDMS (FE) Board Certified Sonographers.
- Utilize telehealth services to reach patients in Mason City, Waterloo, Pella, and Newton.
- Employ the EHR system: Epic.
- Annual salary starting at $576,576, with additional production incentives.
- Recruitment bonus of $100,000.
- Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.
- Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000.
- Comprehensive malpractice coverage, including tail coverage.

This position allows you to provide care for a diverse and high-acuity patient population, including those with chronic medical issues, multiple pregnancies, fetal anomalies, and cases requiring advanced prenatal diagnostics.
