\nWhy This Role Exists
\nBay Cast is growing and adding multiple CNC Setup Machinists to support increasing demand across aerospace, defense, and large-format machining programs.
\nThis isn't repetitive production work. Bay Cast operates in a true high-mix machining environment where nearly every job is different. You'll help machine oversized, complex components—including rocket-related tooling and large structural parts—for customers that include major names in aerospace.
\nIf you're a setup machinist who enjoys problem solving and wants work that stays interesting, this shop was built for it.
