Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Design-Build Commercial Superintendent to lead on-site operations for high-quality commercial construction projects. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all field activities, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. As the primary on-site representative, you will serve as the go-to leader for planning, execution, and coordination across all trades and stakeholders. • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, sequencing, subcontractor management, and daily field operations.
\n
• Ensure strict compliance with project drawings, specifications, building codes, and requirements from authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).
\n
• Oversee quality control, inspections, and testing throughout all phases of construction.
\n
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in collaboration with project managers and team members.
\n
• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to planning, sequencing, materials, and workmanship to keep projects on track.
\n
• Enforce comprehensive safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and maintain a zero-tolerance jobsite culture.
\n
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries and efficient workflow.
\n
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs, maintain detailed daily reports, and communicate progress to internal teams and clients.
\n
• Collaborate closely with the design team, architects, engineers, and owners throughout the design-build process.
\n
• Assist with project closeout, including punch lists, as-built documentation, and final inspections.
