\nPosition Overview
\nCHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible PM&R Physician (Physiatrist) to lead and grow comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will provide expert medical care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, and support the expansion of physical medicine programs in central Louisiana.

\nKey Responsibilities
\nProvide high-quality physiatric services to patients with a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurologic, spinal cord injury, stroke, and chronic pain.
\nConduct diagnostic evaluations and implement rehabilitation plans in inpatient and outpatient settings.
\nLead collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nursing, and case management.
\nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental planning.
\nEducate patients, families, and staff on rehabilitation goals and functional outcomes.

\nQualifications
\nRequired:
\nMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
\nBoard Certification or Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
\nEligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Louisiana medical license.
\nStrong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\nPreferred:
\nExperience in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation care.
\nAbility to lead and enhance rehabilitation services.
