Womens Health, Certified Nurse Midwife

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our well-established OB/GYN practice in New Jersey. Our team of physicians and midwives works collaboratively to provide high-quality, respectful, and culturally appropriate care.

Job Responsibilities
\n As a valued member of our inter-professional team, the CNM will provide full-scope
\n midwifery care in collaboration with our physicians, including:

\n
• Antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care
\n
• Well-woman gynecologic care
\n
• Family planning and contraceptive counseling
\n
• Patient education and advocacy
\n
• Labor and delivery support at Monmouth Medical Center (Long Branch, NJ)
\n
• Office-based care at our locations in Colts Neck, Little Silver, and Lakewood
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Current New Jersey CNM license (or eligibility for licensure)
\n
• Minimum of 3 years of full-scope midwifery practice in a collaborative MD/MW environment preferred
\n
• Strong clinical skills with an evidence-based approach to care
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Passion for patient-centered, holistic care and shared decision-making
\n
