Cummings Electrical is hiring Local Electrical Foremen.

We’re looking for experienced Electrical Foremen who know the trade, know how to lead a crew, and take pride in getting the job done right.

Competitive Pay based on Experience and a $2,500 sign on bonus.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and direct electrical crews in the field
\n • Plan daily work and coordinate schedules with the Superintendent
\n • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings
\n • Perform layout and oversee installations and terminations
\n • Inspect work for quality, code compliance, and safety
\n • Mentor and develop Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians
\n • Coordinate materials and make sure your crew has what they need to keep moving
\n • Communicate project progress, challenges, and needs with project leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician license or reciprocal license
\n • At least 4 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
\n • Experience leading crews and planning field work
\n • Strong knowledge of layout, electrical drawings, and terminations
\n • Strong communication and leadership skills
\n • A safety first mindset
\n • Ability to pass pre employment screening requirements
