\n Location: Corinth, MSPosition OverviewSummit Skilled Solutions is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician II to support operations at a manufacturing facility in Corinth, Mississippi. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and rooftop units.
\n
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions.
\n
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support facility needs.
\n
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
\n
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance in industrial or commercial environments.
\n
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, and mechanical components.
\n
• Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems independently.
\n
• EPA certification preferred.
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
\n

Work Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role involves working in an industrial environment and may require standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and conditions.
