This role combines creative design skills with hands-on production support in a fast-paced ceramic tile manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for color, strong Photoshop skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure the highest quality tile production.\n

\n Responsibilities\n

    \n Create, adjust, and prepare graphics in Adobe Photoshop to meet production specifications.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Partner with production, quality, and glazing teams to ensure accurate and consistent design execution.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Perform regular quality checks on the production floor to maintain company standards.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Troubleshoot issues with printing, glazing, and color variation during the manufacturing process.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Maintain organized digital and physical archives of design files and production details.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Assist with product testing, prototypes, and changeovers to ensure smooth production runs.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Support safe work practices and follow company safety standards.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Flexibility to work night shifts as required.\n

\n Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; experience with Wacom tablets preferred.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Prior experience in ceramic tile, printing, or fast-paced manufacturing strongly desired.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Strong attention to detail and excellent color perception.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Comfortable working on both Mac and PC platforms.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Effective communicator and team player.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Flexibility to balance office-based design work with hands-on production support.\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening\n

\n Physical Requirements\n

    \n Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly (50 lbs. occasionally).\n

    \n Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, heat, and machinery.\n
