• Schedule: 4 days/week; Mon-Thurs 8a-5p

• Operatories: 6 operatories

• Support Staff: 2 assistants and 2 hygienists

• Payor Mix: 100% PPO (no Medicaid)

• Patients Per Day: Average of 23 patients per day, with a goal of 27+

Compensation

• Compensation: 6-month daily guarantee; 28%-35% net production

• Earning Potential: $250k+

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
