Lab Supervisor – Core Lab

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead our Core Lab team. This role oversees daily operations, ensures quality and compliance, and supports staff development in a fast-paced clinical laboratory.

Location: Chesapeake, Virginia
\n Schedule: Full-time, night shift position
\n Responsibilities:

  Supervise core lab staff and workflow

\n
• \n

  Ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, etc.)

\n
• \n

  Maintain quality control and troubleshooting procedures

\n
• \n

  Train and mentor team members

\n

Requirements:

  ASCP certification (MLS or equivalent) required (AMT accepted too)

\n
• \n

  Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field

\n
• \n

  3+ years of lab experience, with leadership preferred
